中国年轻人对各种可食用城市植物的看法和偏好1北京航空航天大学,生物与医学工程学院,生物医学工程高精尖创新中心,环境生物学与生命保障技术研究所,中国北京市,100083 2北京航空航天大学,空天生物技术与医学工程国际联合研究中心,中国北京市,100083 概要:如今,城市居民80%以上的时间都待在室内,很少有时间接触大自然,尤其是年轻人。研究发现,植物对人们的身心健康有明显的积极影响,不同特性的植物所产生的干预效果是不同的,而且在情绪调节方面存在较大的个体差异,这可能与人们的性别和教育水平等背景密切相关。然而,这些问题仍然没有得到解答。本研究利用486名中国年轻人的横断面数据,分析了人们对各种可食用城市植物的看法和偏好,并进一步探讨了食用植物调节情绪的主要潜在途径。结果显示,77.4%的参与者喜欢植物,大多数人在看到植物时感到放松。参与者最喜欢的食用植物的颜色是多色,其次是绿色和红色。参与者最喜欢的叶菜是生菜,最喜欢的结果植物是草莓。男性和女性参与者最喜欢的芳香植物存在显著差异,其中男性喜欢香葱,而女性喜欢薄荷。此外,味道是参与者偏好的主要原因。这项研究初步提供了可能适合城市种植的食用植物的选择,并强调了植物在维持年轻人心理健康方面的重要性。 关键词组: Darkslateblue:Affiliate; Royal Blue:Author; Turquoise:Article
