父母教育水平对中国东部地区孤独症谱系障碍学龄儿童智力及社会适应行为的影响浙江大学医学院附属儿童医院发育行为科,国家儿童健康与疾病临床医学研究中心,中国杭州市,310053 摘要:智力水平和适应行为是孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)儿童进入主流学校的影响因素。本研究旨在探讨ASD儿童父母受教育程度与ASD儿童智力水平及适应行为之间的关系。研究对象为2017年1月至2021年6月就诊的257例学龄期ASD儿童。ASD儿童的父母完成了一份标准的人口学信息统计表,包括诊断时的年龄、性别、学校等级和父母的教育背景。所有入组儿童采用韦氏儿童智力量表第四版(WISC-IV)中文版进行智力评估。适应行为得分调查采用儿童适应行为评估第二版(ABAS-II)中文版,由家长完成。学龄期ASD儿童平均智力为76.88±22.62,男性高于女性,且与年龄呈正相关。适应行为评分平均为82.47±15.86,其不随年龄增长而增加,就读于主流学校的ASD儿童具有更好的适应行为。母亲受教育程度与ASD儿童的智商和适应行为显著相关,而父亲受教育程度与之不相关。因此,对家长进行更好的培训和支持有助于ASD儿童进入主流学校,同时适应性训练则是患儿父母更为迫切需要掌握的技能。 关键词组: Darkslateblue:Affiliate; Royal Blue:Author; Turquoise:Article
