Abstract: 

西班牙UCLM Chacón等 | 使用熔丝制造技术针对患者定制的316L不锈钢医用植入物进行3D打印:两个兽医案例研究

本案例研究聚焦医用不锈钢植入物3D打印,并详细报道了两例治疗案例。生物医学骨折固定植入物往往具有复杂的几何结构,能够完美贴合断骨形貌。通过传统的加工制造方式制造该种植入物价格昂贵且存在很多困难。熔丝制造成型技术(FFF)是一种非常流行的增材制造技术。FFF技术简化了拥有复杂几何形状的零件的加工制造过程,是一种理想的定制医疗植入物的加工制造方式。基于FFF技术的具有生物相容性的新型热塑性材料的运用,如PEEK或316L金属杂化聚合物,为使用FFF技术制造患者专用的生物医学植入物开拓了新的可能性。本研究探索了一种利用标准计算机辅助技术(CAx)和基于FFF的316L不锈钢加工制造以及后续的脱脂和烧结阶段设计和制造患者专用的生物医学植入体的创新技术。本研究的目标是为生物医学骨折固定植入物的3D制造过程建立一个系统的工作流程。这项工作的贡献是双重的,在概念和程序上都有所体现。提出的CAx工作流程已在两例兽医案例研究中得到成功应用,证实了采用FFF技术加工定制具有生物相容性的AISI 316L不锈钢生物医学植入物的适用性。
