俄罗斯M. Y. Sinelnikov等 | 人造形态发生:为什么应优先考虑逆向工程

本读者来信阐述了在人造形态发生中逆向工程的作用。本文从自组织系统、基因调控的影响、人造启动子、分子工程、先进支架递送系统、合成生物学等诸多方面对逆向工程思维的重要性进行阐述。目标在于寻求特定基因表达图谱的绘制,来形成标准化的组织和器官的生物制造理论与方法。信件全文如下。
