Abstract: 

意大利Marco Mandolini等 | 用于正确修复眼窝缺损的创新眼眶植入物定位器

本Technical Note聚焦采用3D打印技术制造的创新植入物定位器设计与临床应用。眼眶壁和眶底的骨折必须适当处理,以避免出现严重疾病。这导致解剖重建工作特别具有挑战性:主要问题是植入物在眼窝上的正确形状、放置和方向。现有的新定制植入物成型模具,可用于塑造患者特定的植入物。然而,它仍然没有解决植入物在骨折的眶腔中的定位。本研究旨在设计、开发和评估一种创新的种植体定位器,以与上述种植体成形模具的优化版本一起使用。新的医疗器械将与钛网和去抗原骨植入物配合使用,具有易于使用、成本低,并且可以多次重复使用的优点。它由两个耦合和铰链手柄组成,用于抓取植入物,以及定位器本体,用于将植入物正确地放置和定向。本研究采用激光烧结技术在聚酰胺中打印模具和新器械。在种植体成形、定位和定向精度方面获得了良好的结果。植入物形状及其在中外侧方向的位置分别实现了0.1 mm和1.3 mm的精度,围绕眶缘的平均旋转不良角约为6°。
