Abstract: 

3D打印实验室 | 四川大学生物制造(3D生物打印)研究实验平台

“器官移植”虽然让人们闻之色变,但却是无数具有严重组织病变患者的救命稻草。高额花销、免疫排斥、来源受限等问题使得“器官移植”在临床应用上并不能广泛开展。随着生物医学工程技术的发展,生物材料已经从原来简单的“替换”和“修复”,发展到了“组织再生”的全新阶段。实现人工材料诱导组织或器官再生将是未来发展的重要方向,也是人类面对重大疾病时,由被动变主动的重要一步。目前,生物3D打印技术能够根据患者量体裁衣,其发展肩负着“个性化制备人体组织或器官修复体”的美好愿景。


从2012年开始,四川大学国家生物医学材料工程技术研究中心汇聚材料、制造、生物医学等优势力量组建成立了以张兴栋院士为学术带头人,樊渝江、周长春、王科锋等人领衔的生物3D打印科研团队,聚焦“个性化”,致力于组织再生的研究,到现在已经发展成为全国领先的综合性生物制造研究平台。团队聚焦张兴栋院士倡导的“组织诱导性生物材料”,致力解决个性化组织再生的难题,为人民生命健康做贡献。四川大学生物3D打印实验室以创新研究为基础,成果转化为目标,培养学生全面发展,坚持走“产学研一体化”的道路。目前实验室在生物陶瓷、金属、高分子聚合物及其复合材料的3D打印研究及应用方面取得了一些进展。
