Abstract: The original version of this article unfortunately contained a mistake. In line 6, p.785, the data 0.06 should be 6.0410?6, i.e. The results showed that among these seven failures, the occurrence probabilities of the wheel out-of-round and the wheel flat are the highest, both are approximately 6.0410?6.
