Abstract: 

浙大杨华勇院士团队 | 多工艺多材料同步新型生物3D打印方法

本文来自本刊主编浙江大学机械工程学院杨华勇院士团队,介绍了一种可实现多工艺多材料同步构建的新型生物3D打印方法,该方法可以支持多种生物材料的同步沉积打印。本研究提出的多材料生物制造方法非常灵活,可适用于基于天然生物材料、合成生物材料、细胞聚集体或复合材料的生物墨水,并能准确复现异质组织的复杂组成。模块化的喷头设计增加了组合打印方法的灵活性,可以将挤出式、喷墨式、光固化式、静电纺丝等多种打印技术融合到打印过程中,也可根据制造精度或所选生物材料的要求进行个性化定制。利用上述功能完备的混合生物3D打印系统,可以实现在同一打印平台上构建无法用单一工艺打印的复杂异质组织或器官。
