Abstract: 

中山大学谢曦教授、黄新烁等 | 用于连续葡萄糖监测的微创技术

本观点论文聚焦应用于连续葡萄糖监测的微创技术进展。目前,糖尿病的诊断和治疗对现有技术存在迫切需求:(1)准确检测血糖;(2)连续监测血糖;(3)生物安全性或对人体无害。微创生物传感器是一种可以进入生物组织或人体内部环境的功能或电子传感器,由于其微创性和便利性,近年来在糖尿病诊断方面引起了极大的关注。在这些微创技术中,微针结构由单个或一组微米级的微型针头组成,可以穿透角质层,形成瞬时微通道,接触皮下组织液进行生物传感,避免透皮行为引起疼痛或发生炎症。近些年来,基于微针的传感器已经成为新一代体内葡萄糖检测的有效工具。本文重点介绍了微针技术在血糖检测和糖尿病治疗等方面的最新进展,并对应用材料、创新结构和发展瓶颈进行了总结。微针平台有望突破传统诊断和治疗在功能、灵敏度和生物相容性方面的限制,为糖尿病提供更好的解决方案。
